My Blog

This blog is where I break down how I think about products, users, and problem-solving from reimagining everyday tools to brainstorming new features for apps we use daily. I like to ask “what if?” and turn that curiosity into structured, user-centric thinking.

The Rise of Computer Intelligence

Have you ever imagined having a personal assistant? Like one who will be at your beck and call whenever you want and you don't even need to pay them? Like Tony Stark's Jarvis from the Iron Man movies? Well, thanks to AI technology, that dream might not be so far-fetched after all! AI has the power to revolutionize the way we live, work, and interact with technology, and it's all happening right before our eyes.

Now, what even is AI? AI, a shorthand way of saying artificial intelligence, is a type of technology that allows machines to perform tasks that usually require human intelligence, such as understanding language, recognizing images, and making decisions. AI is a computer program that can learn from examples, just like us! AI, since it is a computer, can analyze huge amounts of data which can be used to make big predictions or decisions easily compared to a human.

AI is not new. It has been around for a while but is not yet as mainstream as other forms of technology. For instance, when you use a voice assistant like Siri or Alexa, you're using AI technology. These devices use speech recognition and natural language processing to understand commands and respond to them. Another example of AI is in the recommendation systems that are on streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube. These systems analyze the viewing histories of users and make suggestions about what they might like to watch next.

AI has so much potential. It will one way or another affect all aspects of our life in the near future. This is why it is a field that I am interested in having a career in and learning more about. Therefore, I joined the Inspirit AI Community, where for the next ten weeks, I will be learning about the code behind Artificial Intelligence and doing my own project using AI. Thank you all so much and watch out for the next post about my early experiences with Inspirit AI Scholars.
